Member and Guest Policy

  1. The Fall Line is primarily for the social use of the Members and their immediate families & guests.
  2. All Members, their immediate family & guests must conduct themselves as ladies & gentlemen at all times.
  3. A member’s immediate family consists of his/her minor children eighteen years (18) or younger and adult children attending school. The Fall Line is a 21 and older establishment.
  4. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest and to see that guest privileges are not abused.
  5. Members must accompany their guests to bar at all times.
  6. The Fall Line will be open for the use of Members, their immediate families & guests.
  7. The Fall Line is here to serve our Zebulon, NC community and is available for private functions upon request.
  8. The Fall Line is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment to our community.
  9. Any violation of The Fall Line Bar, NC Spirits, LLC’s Rules & Regulations and/or North Carolina State ABC laws by any member or their guests will result in suspension or revocation of membership.
  10. The Fall Line Bar membership fee is $1.  All paid members will be issued a Member ID card which is valid for 5 years
